As a kid, my brothers and I grew up in Minivans, and had lots of fun in them. Now that I have kids of my own, I wanted them to have the best minivan around. Also, with all the new safety features and technology available, I wanted to make sure what I got would be safe, ecological, and high tech.
After looking and shopping for over a year, I went with the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, the top end model. I was changing over from a 2014 Lexus GX which was great, but guzzled gas and wasn’t the most comfortable 7 seater.
The van had great reviews online, everyone was praising it. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. I’ve had so many issues I’ve decided to start up this blog for a few reasons.
- I couldn’t find anything negative about this car but cant believe I’m the only one.
- If other people are having the same problems, we can come together and have a bigger voice to make Chrysler do something about it.
- Inform new car shoppers of what they are getting into and what to expect when something goes wrong with their car.
Read my blog for a chronological history of my issues, what the dealer did (or didn’t want to do), and what Chrylser’s response has been. I will keep it short and to the point. I will keep updating it until I either get all my issues resolved, get a new car, or get a refund. If you want to comment on a specific issue, click into the blog posts detail page where you can comment. I will also link to a youtube video whenever I happened to take a video of the issue. In the beginning I didn’t but started to after 200 miles.
