268 Miles – No uConnect Theater
The uConnect had tons of issues, usually different things. This is the only time that the uConnect theater was not accessible. I would click on it and it would open a black uConnect screen. Restarting car didn’t fix it but it finally went away after the car was off for over an hour.

We had the same issue with our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Here is the reset process:
Vehicle should be parked.
1. Put vehicle in accessory mode: no foot on brake or gas and push the start button twice.
2. Hold down phone and voice recognization button at same time for 30 seconds, then let go of both buttons at the same time.
3. Open drivers side door for 30 seconds or until the screen goes black .
Our screen didn’t go black, but unconnected started working.
Most of the time, that would solve my issues. There were a couple of times where the screen was just black, that wouldn’t resolve unless the car was off for a few hours.
Were they ever able to figure out the issue? We have the same issue and they cannot fix it
